The author initially discusses the effects of climate change on a global scale, followed by detailing the impact of climate change on Singapore. Subsequently, the focus shifts towards the National Water Agency of Singapore (PUB) and their efforts to adapt to the changing climate. The second part of the presentation focuses on the PUB's approach to coastal protection, in particular the holistic risk assessment aspect, the integrated approach to protection, and some pilot projects and research.
